Al-Mukhtasar
وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَلَىٰ صَلَوَٰتِهِمْ يُحَافِظُونَ ﴿٩﴾
Those who observe their prayers by being punctual in them, by performing them at their correct times together, obligations and preferred actions.
