Al-Mukhtasar

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ وَٱلنَّجْمِ إِذَا هَوَىٰ ﴿١﴾

He (may He be glorified) swore by the star when it descends.
